Infrastructure Overview

My homelab runs on a K3s cluster with 5 Raspberry Pis.

I use Tekton for CI/CD pipelines, Gitea as my Git server, Flux for GitOps-based deployments, and Proxmox for virtualization. Ansible automates configuration management, while Terraform provisions resources. Monitoring and alerting are handled by Prometheus and Grafana, with Traefik serving as the ingress controller.
